Coffee Enemas are the best! They detox your liver like nobody's business, clearing up stagnation in the liver, intestines, and blood. They're also great for parasite cleansing, migraines, aches and pains and a bunch of other health concerns. Here's the 2nd part of the Basic Coffee Enema Procedure where you learn how to work with your enema bag, set up a nice space to do your enema, how to insert the coffee in your rectum, how to clean the enema bag and possible things that can happen during and after your coffee enema.
*Many people have a hard time holding the enema in at first for any length of time, I recommend trying a water enema first or making sure to have a bowel movement before the enema. Also, you may need to work up to being able to hold it for 12 minutes. No shame, this is perfectly normal.
