US ambassador declares Jerusalem embassy open - BBC News

The ceremony in Jerusalem began with the US ambassador to Israel, David Friedman, officially declaring the new embassy open.<br /><br />"Today, we open the United States embassy in Jerusalem, Israel," he said.
