هر چند این روزها همه جوره آرامش ازمون گرفته شده!

واما نحوه پخت این میان وعده خوشمزه
در یک ظرف نسبتا بزرگ باقله خشک را بشورید با آب سرد شیر ظرفشویی ۲۴ ( یک روز) بخیسانید
در طی این مدت دوبار آبش را عوض کنید یعنی در آبکش بریزید
دوباره روشون آب بریزید تا آب روی باقله ها را بگیره
مقدار آب دوبرابر وزن باقله باشه
با آب سرد شیر ظرفشویی ( مقدار ش دوبرابر وزن باقله های خیسانده شده) با شعله متوسط بزارید به جوش بیاد با یه قاشق کف روشون بگیرید تا موقع بسته شدن درب قابلمه سریز نشه کثیف کاری نشه
وقتی به جوش آمد کمی آویشن اضافه کنید ودرب قابلمه رو بزارید و با شعله متوسط رو به کم بزازید ۳ تا ۴ ساعت بسته به نوع باقله بپزد
در این مدت بهش سر بزنید اگه نیاز به آب داشت آب جوشیده شده اضافه کنید آب سرد باعث دیر پز شدن میشه

در ۳۰ دقیقه آخر یه قاشق نعناع خشک و یکی یا نصفی فلفل سبز تند بریزید( زیاد نریزی که تند میشه)
نصف قاشق فلفل سیاه برای عطرش
نصف تا یک استکان سرکه سفید
👈بهتره که سرکه سفید رو با نمک در ۵ دقیقه آخر بریزی چون سرکه نجوشه بهتره

البته مقدار سرکه و ادویه جات باتوجه به مقدار باقله متغیر هست من ۲۰۰ گرم باقله پختم
در آخر هم سماق و یا گلپر و فلفل سیاه و حتی سرکه و نمک بنا به ذائقه بزنید ومیل بفرمایید
گلپر برای گرفتن سردی باقله و جلوگیری از نفخ هست
پودر تخم گشنیز هم برای نفخ خوبه
سماق هم مزه خوبی بهش میده و..

اینجوری بپزید آنقدر خوشمزه است نمی دونی باقلا رو بخورید یا آبش رو
باقله برای افرادی که فشار خون بالا و چربی خون و.... دارند توصیه میشه
برای افرادی که بیماری فاویسم یعنی در خونشان یک آنزیمی کم دارند نخورند خطرناک هست
باعث میشه کم خون تر بشن
باقله چون باعث خواب آلودگی میشه بهتر هست در موقعی که نیاز به هوشیاری دارید نخورید
می تونید از عطاری ها یا بعضی فروشگاهها یا حبوبات فروشی ها بگیرید

Christopher Cross burst onto the music scene with his 1979 self-titled debut album produced by Michael Omartian. The lead single “Ride Like The Wind” spent 4 weeks at #2 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, and was quickly followed up by Cross’ most popular single to date (and first #1 hit) “Sailing”, which later became known as the archetype for the Yacht Rock genre. In 1981, Cross became the first artist in Grammy history to win the “Big Four” most prestigious awards in a single night; Record of the Year (for the single “Sailing”), Album of the Year, Song of the Year (also “Sailing”), and Best New Artist. Later that year Cross released “Arthur’s Theme (Best That You Can Do)” which he co-wrote with Burt Bacharach, Carole Bayer, Peter Allen, and was the title-theme for the 1981 film “Arthur” starring Dudley Moorre and Liza Minnelli. The song earned Cross his second #1 and the Oscar for Best Original Song at the 1981 Academy Awards. Cross’ sophomore album “Another Page” was released in 1983 and featured the singles “Think of Laura” and “All Right”. Cross has sold over 10M albums worldwide and his songs have been covered and sampled by NSYNC, Puff Daddy, Avant, Shirley Bassey, Dione Warwick, and many more.
